Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the item and destination.
Please note:
- Some items may arrive sooner than estimated.
- Certain products may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.
- Items sourced from our international partners may require additional transit time.
- Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Journey London & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
At Journey London & Co., we want you to love every piece you order. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.
Eligible Returns
Items shipped from our U.S. warehouse may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or refund, subject to approval.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Internationally sourced items
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Intimates and lingerie
- Sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Internationally Sourced Items
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted international manufacturing and fulfillment partners.
Due to the nature of these items, all internationally sourced products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Shipping times for these items may vary.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Journey London & Co. reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Journey London & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
International Orders
At this time, returns and exchanges are available only for orders shipped within the United States.
We do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders unless required by law.
